The tea was held on Thursday, the 26th of May and all Zwift staff as well as some of their partners, family and friends were excited to attend. To boost our fundraising efforts, we ran a raffle and even had a Zwift bake off!
The top raffle prize, a $100 Crown gift card was taken out by one of our marketing coordinators’ partners’ - Rav.
"Winning is great, but being able to support cancer research at the same time is even better"- said the happy winner.

The Bake Off is where things started to get heated! Staff got busy baking some delicious morning tea goodies, with the yummiest one earning its maker the title of Zwift’s Best Baker. Our office Mum, Sharon (pictured above) was the impartial judge – bribes were offered, but Sharon declined them all!

Timo (above) took out the title, as well as a well-deserved half day off (some rest was much needed after all that baking!), roosie* nomination (Jake, the roosie nominee is pictured below) and bragging rights, of course.

We must say though - all of the baked goodies were absolutely amazing, so if a career with Zwift doesn’t work out, our staff always have MasterChef to fall back on.

At the end of the day, our aim was to raise $500 to donate to the Cancer Council, and we are proud to announce that we raised a massive $1,098!
The staff at Zwift had a great time sharing a cuppa and proudly supporting cancer research.
If you’d like to host a Biggest Morning Tea of your own, it’s not too late! It can be held anytime in May/June – so why not get behind a great cause and have some scrumptious treats at the same time?

*Roosie = kangaroo onesie. We like to keep it fun in the Zwift headquarters and don’t take ourselves too seriously. That’s why whenever any staff member (junior, coordinator and yes, even head of department!) does something silly or out of whack - the rest of the office can nominate the poor bugger to wear the roosie for the day. If you get five or more nominations, you have to wear it! It’s really quite cosy in winter though...
